1. Protein
Prawns/Shrimp (Peeled): 600-800g (for Pad Thai)
Minced Chicken or Pork: 1 kg (for Pad Krapow)
Eggs: 12-15 eggs (for frying and adding to noodles)
2. Vegetables & Herbs
Garlic: 2-3 bulbs
Thai Chilies (Bird's eye): 1 small packet
Holy Basil: 3-4 packets (Important: Look for "Holy Basil", but "Thai Basil" can be a backup)
Bean Sprouts: 500g
Chinese Chives or Spring Onions: 2 bunches
Shallots: 5-6 pieces
3. Pantry & Seasoning
Dried Rice Noodles (Medium size): 2-3 packets (approx. 800g-1kg)
Tamarind Paste/Concentrate: 1 jar
Palm Sugar: 200g
Fish Sauce: 1 bottle
Oyster Sauce: 1 bottle
Dark Soy Sauce: 1 small bottle (for color)
Preserved Radish (Sweet): 1 small packet (optional but recommended for Pad Thai)
Roasted Peanuts (Crushed): 1 small bag
Cooking Oil: 1 liter (Sunflower or Rapeseed)
