    4. Detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Course Bookings: Students may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable unless the Instructor fails to appear. 4.2 Physical Goods: For non-perishable Thai specialty ingredients, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. However, perishable food items and fresh ingredients are exempt from this right for hygiene and safety reasons.

    5. Intellectual Property and Recipe Rights

ThaiHomeCook respects the intellectual property of our Instructors. While Instructors retain ownership of their proprietary recipes and instructional content, by posting on the platform, they grant ThaiHomeCook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content for marketing purposes. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any recipes or platform materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

    6. Health, Safety, and Allergy Disclosure

The safety of our community is paramount. Students are solely responsible for disclosing any food allergies or dietary restrictions to Instructors prior to a session.
